Shipping policy

Delivery time:

Once the order is confirmed and the payment is completed, we will complete the processing and ship within 5-7 business days. The transit time of the economy delivery service is relatively long, and it is greatly affected by holidays and force majeure factors. In the event of a delay, we will notify the customer in advance and provide a new delivery time.

Transit time:

With Economy shipping, the estimated transit time is 20-40 business days, depending on the destination and delivery provider. For long distances or remote locations, the shipping time may be further extended.

Freight:

Economy shipping is more affordable, but the exact cost depends on the weight, volume, and destination of the shipment. At checkout, customers can see the exact shipping cost and choose the appropriate shipping method.

Tracking & Notifications:

Customers receive a shipping tracking number after shipment so they can check the status of their shipment at any time. Despite the longer transit times, we do our best to provide updated information to ensure that our customers are aware of the real-time status of their shipments.

Insurance & Indemnity:

Shipping insurance is usually not included in the shipping cost for Economy Delivery. If customers need a higher level of coverage, we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will deal with them in accordance with the carrier's compensation policy.
